The Coalition of Social Service Providers is an accountable, transparent and barrier-free platform uniting civil society organizations working in social services in Ukraine.

Mission & vision
Mission

To unite and strengthen civil society organizations to jointly protect the rights of vulnerable groups, advocate for social policy reforms, and develop high-quality, accessible, innovative social services.

Vision

A Ukraine where every person, regardless of life circumstances, has a guaranteed right to quality social support, and civil society organizations act as equal partners in shaping and implementing social policy.

History

How the Coalition came together

The Coalition was founded within the EU4CSOs EmpowerUA project with the support of the European Union.

2023
EU4CSOs EmpowerUA project launches

CO “Network 100 Percent Life Rivne” launches the EU4CSOs EmpowerUA project with the support of the European Union.

2025
Coalition founded

Charter adopted, board elected, strategic priorities set for 2025–2027.

2026
Expansion & recognition

Membership reaches 60+. The Coalition becomes a professional community of social service providers in Ukraine.

Coalition board

The board is elected by the General Assembly every two years. Meetings are held monthly.
