2. Data we collect
- Data you submit via forms: name, email, organization, topic, message.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, session time, referrer.
- Interface preferences: language, last page visited (stored in your browser).
3. Lawful basis and purposes
We process data based on your consent or legitimate interest: to respond to inquiries, share Coalition updates, maintain site security, and fulfill donor reporting obligations.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell data. We may share it with service providers (hosting, email delivery) strictly to perform their tasks under confidentiality terms. We use Google Analytics, a Google service, to analyse site traffic; the data it collects may be processed on Google servers outside Ukraine.
5. Cookies
The site uses essential technical storage (such as language preferences in localStorage) as well as Google Analytics 4 cookies. They help us understand how visitors use the site: which pages they view, where they come from, and what device and country they use. We only see this data in aggregate and do not use it to identify you. Google Analytics 4 does not store visitors' IP addresses. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

7. Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or required by Ukrainian law and donor agreements.
