On 21 September, NGO «Parostok» held a round-table in Vinnytsia on developing home care and palliative care: over 415,000 residents, one in four of pension age, and no palliative care available in the community yet. Participants adopted a resolution.

17 September — first Sectoral Dialogue on the Roadmap for developing the workforce capacity of the social-services sector 2026–2030. A 4-million labour deficit, ~100 Coalition specialists with client experience, the need for a certification system and for separating funding of services and training.

16 September in Kyiv — VI Forum of Legal Reforms for Civil Society. Hanna Kotenko on the panel «The role of CSO coalitions and networks»: why the person is the core value, why service providers need a coalition, and how not to lose the voice of unprotected groups in regional strategies.
8–9 October in Kremenets — two-day training programme «Academy of Safety and Recovery» for CSO women leaders from Ternopil Oblast: legal legalisation, advocacy and fundraising, psycho-emotional support. Applications until 22.09.2026.
In Kharkiv, a round-table was held on partnership between the state and civic sectors to support children, families, IDPs, older people, and palliative patients of a frontline city. Participants agreed on concrete steps and are preparing memoranda of cooperation.
Over the project's eight months, case managers in 6 oblasts of Ukraine handled 452 cases: 324 closed, 128 active, 450 people helped — older adults, IDPs, palliative patients, and families unable to cope on their own.
In Ternopil, NGO «Association of Women of Ukraine» hosted an expert round-table on developing home and palliative care: 83.5% growth in demand, 90%+ of palliative patients without a social component, concrete proposals, and next steps.
15 September 2026, 13:00–15:00 — online webinar by NGO «Vazhlyva» on the practical algorithm for obtaining the status of an official social-service provider. Registration is open until 13 September.
«Ekta Initiative» Charitable Foundation won government pilot funding of UAH 250,000/month for social support of servicemembers and their families in Kyiv Oblast — half a year of bureaucracy, challenges, and results.
