The "Ukrainian Educational Platform" charitable organisation, together with the Coalition of Social Service Providers, is running a survey among civil-society and charitable organisations registered as social-service providers.
The survey will inform a fresh map of the sector — who provides what, where, with what financing, and what the systemic gaps are.
